MusicHub

At MusicHub, a music tech startup founded by GEMA and BCG DV in 2020, I owned the product design process from user problem validation to implementation and success measurement. Read about how I designed Stats Dashboard.

Designed and launched Stats Dashboard with 52.3% of users checking their analytics at least weekly.
Improved user sign-up and introduced user onboarding to delivered release conversion with 27.95% of the newly registered users submitting their release on their first day.
Introduced design sprint methodology and facilitated release process re-design sprint. As a result, the number of rejected releases decreased from 33 to 13%.
Exited the beta phase and launched the subscription service with 12.26% of registered users subscribing to a paid plan.
Owned marketing website design and implementation (Webflow) with 6,5k unique website visits and 31.35% website lead conversion who create a new account.

SAP.io

SAP.io is SAP's strategic business unit to incubate, accelerate and scale startup innovation. I worked on the Ruum by SAP, a process management platform:

Owned Template Library experience from an early idea up to the validation with SAP customers at the annual SAP Sapphire event.
Audited, re-structured and updated the obsolete app UI to update app interface and better meet accessiblity standarts.
Established the Ruum Design System, which was used as a foundation for SAP.io design system.
Led Ruum's brand re-design as we transitioned under the SAP's product portfolio to fit enterprise look and feel.

Designed the MVP version of Plan A carbon emissions calculator helping the company to raise funds.
Designed and built a scalable and accessible Klar.mx website using Webflow CMS to enable the marketing team to be more independent.
Designed Feniska brand and web experience to help the founders to kick start the project.

At STRV, I learned IOS app design principles and designed Mentoroom, an educational app concept with the mission to connect grown-ups with mentors to help them master new skills. The concept has been featured on Behance in the UI/UX section.

At 4Finance, I was part of the Online Lending Products team. Working closely with the Global Marketing, I designed social media templates, product pages and supported the product team with UI designs for online loan calculators.
